We solicit in complex construction-related proceedings, give advice in all kinds of real estate transactions and have the required competence for the erection of contracts in that field. The area of our activities includes particularly the implementation of purchasing contracts, development projects and principal construction models with the related proceedings with local authorities, erection of condominium, rental and building lease contracts, as well as counselling and legal representation of property managers, general contractors and architects.
